We clean the musky octopus and cook it with whole potatoes, olive oil, parsley, onions and white wine. When done, we put the cooked and sliced potatoes in a deep plate, add the musky octopus cut up in larger pieces and pour over all that a bit of the soup in which everything was cooked. We can also add some additional olive oil according to taste.
