We cook the lobster in salted water. When done we chop it in half, sprinkle pepper and capers and pour olive oil. Lemon can be added according to taste. For me, this is the best way to prepare lobsters, even other crabs because it preserves the freshness of taste, color and scent.
Approximately one kg of lobster should be cooked for 40 minutes.
