We take different varieties of fish meat, including crabs and squids.
We chop up the meat with a knife in small pieces, add salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, olive oil and leave it to rest for a few hours. Then shape it and fry for eight minutes. When done, we serve with cooked vegetables and pour olive oil on it.
